Terms and Conditions


1. Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your session date and time.
  • No session is considered booked until the retainer has been received.
  • Once booked, we reserve that slot exclusively for you, which means we decline other clients for that time.


2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice (subject to availability).
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund.


3. Turnaround Time

  • The average turnaround for professionally retouched images is 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited editing may be available for an additional fee.


4. Travel & Location Fees

  • Sessions held outside the Kingston area will incur a travel fee to cover transportation expenses.
  • Studio sessions are time-sensitive — please arrive early to avoid delays that may impact other scheduled shoots.


5. Privacy & Image Usage

  • Crossman’s Gallery reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
  • If you prefer your images not to be posted or used publicly, a privacy fee will be applied.


6. Styling & Preparation

  • Professional hair and makeup are highly recommended to achieve the best results.
  • Please come prepared and ready to begin promptly at your scheduled time.


7. RAW Files

  • RAW files remain the property of Crossman’s Gallery and will not be released under any circumstance.
  • Only the final retouched images will be delivered.
