Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your session date and time.
- No session is considered booked until the retainer has been received.
- Once booked, we reserve that slot exclusively for you, which means we decline other clients for that time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice (subject to availability).
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund.
3. Turnaround Time
- The average turnaround for professionally retouched images is 3–5 business days.
- Expedited editing may be available for an additional fee.
4. Travel & Location Fees
- Sessions held outside the Kingston area will incur a travel fee to cover transportation expenses.
- Studio sessions are time-sensitive — please arrive early to avoid delays that may impact other scheduled shoots.
5. Privacy & Image Usage
- Crossman’s Gallery reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
- If you prefer your images not to be posted or used publicly, a privacy fee will be applied.
6. Styling & Preparation
- Professional hair and makeup are highly recommended to achieve the best results.
- Please come prepared and ready to begin promptly at your scheduled time.
7. RAW Files
- RAW files remain the property of Crossman’s Gallery and will not be released under any circumstance.
- Only the final retouched images will be delivered.
